✽ Finalize all wedding details and correspond with all vendors 1-2 weeks before the wedding to confirm arrivals and contracted responsibilities.
✽ Organize and coordinate the wedding rehearsal
Day Of:
✽ Oversee and manage wedding day timeline from start to finish
✽ Ensure Vendor arrival and complete set up.
✽ Set up decor provided by couple
✽ Coordinate wedding party and family
✽ Make sure all items are returned to the bride, all vendors are paid, and the closing of reception is carried out.
✽ Give Bride and Groom a big hug and send them on their way to a new beginning!
